When You Visit

Choosing to visit a church may be easy if you’ve been in church all your life. But, you may be new to the idea of church and have no clue what to expect.  Especially if you’re part of the latter group, here’s what you’ll find at Rockfish.

Parking and Accessibility

Park in front or back; there is ample parking and both front and back doors are easily accessible for wheelchairs.  We also have accessible bathrooms.

Children

We are so excited to have children in worship. Children's noises are always welcome and remind us that the Holy Spirit is in this place!  Following the children's time before the sermon, children are invited to the Children's Sunday School.  ~Pastor Inger

Sunday School

We offer Adult Sunday school in the downstairs class room at 9:00 a.m.

Worship

We offer worship in the Pavilion at 8:00 a.m. during the summer.  Bring a chair.  We also offer worship in the Sanctuary at 10:00 a.m. Or view us on YouTube.

Dress

We believe that God brings each of us to worship for a purpose.  We'd like to know more about you, but will respect your desire to proceed at your own pace. Dress is usually fairly casual, but each person has his/her own style.  Masks are now optional in the building but if you are more comfortable wearing one, please do so.

Communion

We invite you to join us in celebrating the sacrament of communion each Sunday at the 8:00 a.m. service.  Communion will be served on the first Sunday of the month in the Sanctuary at 10:00 a.m.  We believe God’s grace through the sacrament is available to all, so, by all means, join us!

Fellowship After Worship

Please take time following the service to speak to our pastor and to join us in the Fellowship Hall for refreshments and a time to get better acquainted.

Please know YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!
