Pastor
Reverend Inger Manchester has joined us from North Carolina where she pastored at Fieldstone Presbyterian Church. in Mooresville NC. Inger received her MDIV from Union PCSE in Charlotte NC and was ordained in 2014. Inger and Lee have been married for 31 years and have four grown children; Tayler, Jack, Jeffrey and Coleman. Inger's greatest joy is pastoral care and looking for ways to invite the community into celebrating the Lord with our Rockfish family. We hope you will join us! Jamie Heard
Church administrator
Jamie is the pleasant voice answering the phone. She has worked in the office since June 2008. Jamie previously worked in Federal service before moving to the area full time with her husband Bill. Gardening and knitting are among her hobbies.
Dr. Cynthia B. Ramsey
Minister of Music
Dr. Cynthia B. Ramsey brings 30 years of church music experience to Rockfish having served as organist, handbell director, vacation bible school coordinator, and adult choir director in the Lynchburg Area. Currently a professor of music at the University of Lynchburg, she earned her Doctor of Musical Arts (Music Education) and Master of Music Education degrees from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA and her Bachelor of Music Education Degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
